We charge $250 for the first hour, $125 for each additional hour this covers all labor aspects of the project from bagging, packing, carpet removal if requested, storage, cleanup, even deep cleaning if needed. As far as haul away and disposal goes we just do that seperatley (disposal cost below)
If biohazard materials are present, we do have a one time $350 biohazard fee. If there is no biohazard, there is no fee. Please keep in mind we offer in house financing. We will handle all work up front, and you can pay as little as $12 per month depending on the plan. Please let us know when booking online or over the phone so we can set it up in advance.
